The David Warsen Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)3 non profit organization formed to remember the Life of David John Warsen a Navy SEAL who lived his life in an amazing way. He had a huge heart and strength of character that inspires family and friends to want to make the world we live in, a better place for all.
David was sadly taken from us on August 16th 2012 in Afghanistan where his helicopter was shot down by enemy forces. He and 10 other special souls lost their lives that day while bravely serving our great country
We send holiday care packages every November to Navy SEALs and other military branches that are deployed. We send them a little piece of love from home while they serve away from their families.
We give out Soccer Scholarships to young kids who may not be able to afford to play the great game of soccer.
We fund a scholarship at East Kentwood High School for graduating seniors called the David Warsen Service Scholarship to further their education toward college. We do acts of kindness in our community to those who may need a little extra LOVE and SUPPORT.
